How/Who/Where to get smart impactful reviews for a recently completed, self-published, oddball graphic novel? I am holding a marker over a packing envelope right now. Who do I mail this thing to? Please tell me before the sharpie fumes knock me out. Oh, the fumesss.

Four Color Apocalypse is great! Has anyone had much luck/interaction with comics Youtube? I know it's a big community, but I'm not sure where to start.

I've done a few interviews and had my stuff mentioned or talked about on youtube a bit. My linktree has the links if you're curious: linktr.ee/scottfinchartMost recently Carson at Living the Line did a nice overview and an interview.

I sent a copy to TCJ for review. Anyone here ever have any luck with them reviewing your book? Last autumn I packed off a PDF on spec and was pleasantly surprised to get a review within a few days (as a tiny UK 'publisher' with little or no Transatlantic reach). I'm sure I saw Tegan O'Neil write somewhere on her socials or newsletter that she doesn't receive as much stuff as you'd expect, and if you send her something you've got a decent chance of seeing it reviewed

I'd certainly recommend Broken Frontier, although it's now pretty much Andy on his own, so he's limited in the percentage of stuff he can cover. Disclosure: I was managing editor there a few years ago, but stepped back to concentrate on our own stuff

I checked out your linktree; that's very helpful for finding new places to send comix for reviews. I also was unfamiliar with your work, so I'm enjoying that too!
