I find it interesting that just about everyone here is suggesting the handwritten font. In most comics-related forums/servers and circles I've been around (particularly webtoon ones), when I show my work which is in a handwritten font, people seem to prefer and suggest using a more conventional comics font, a piece of advice I never take because it would go against the authenticity I want to convey in my work.

To be clear I am a fan of handwritten text not a handwriting font. I always get distracted by handwritten fonts because when two of the same letter are next to each other they look exactly the same, and there are some other things that feel too consistent and not handwriting-y which are nitpicky things but still. And font fonts are just way too stiff IMHO.
I always think that handwriting looks like speaking in a beautiful way, it's the author's voice spilling onto the page through the hand and into the characters/narration/etc.
In general I'm just a big fan of everything that gets printed is also on the original page.
