A thread to share links related with comics that we have enjoyed and feel would be interesting for others (like interviews, articles, etc.)
[This thread may be too general and have to be split in several? I don't know]
I will start: I have been enjoying the interviews Noah Van Sciver does and posts in his Youtube channel. The latest one I watched and I enjoyed very much was to Josh Cotter. I had read Nod Away vol. 1 sometime ago and loved it but I didn't know much of this cartoonist before.

Streaming copies of the Dokudami Tenement animated show. With subtitles! The website has tons of ads and pop-ups, but you can download the files.

Guess this could go here... I've seen ads for Continental Schools in American comics, but looks like they were advertising in Mexico as well. I like the psychedelic coloring: I looked up the street address on Google Street View, and it did not disappoint. I'd like the think the woman hunched over adjacent is vomiting:

I wasn't familiar with the Continental School ads, although I might've seen some similar ones online. I love the psychedelic coloring too, but the text is just insane! And long! It took me a while to read it all haha.

Here's 藤子不二雄Ⓐ (Fujiko Fujio A)'s website: fujiko-a.comIf you click on the images and then on the banner that says デジタルセレクション試し読み you can take a look at a sample of some of his most famous works. I can't really understand Japanese, I can only read a little bit, but there's some great cartooning going on so it's nice just to look at.

Hello, Andres! The Fujio site is cool, although it took me a minute to figure out what to click on. I found another Continental ad: This ad has a different address. I like the idea of them having to move: I googled and found a few more ads, and eBay seems to be selling the course for $99? www.ebay.com/itm/162909371696

Not sure whether this qualifies as interesting, as it sort of makes my eyes glaze over, but I guess MOMA has 4 articles by a scholar explaining to high school kids and teachers how to make comics?: www.moma.org/magazine/tags/212

I am a sucker for any 'how to make comics' articles, even if they are just for kids.
I came across recently this article about cars from the 80s that Jan, a famous cartoonist from Spain, used to draw in his comics. I am not a fan of cars, but I really like his style of drawing cars. The article is in Spanish but you can check out the images, which is also fun in its own.
Btw, about that Continental Schools in American strip, I really liked it! It is the first time I see one. Not only the coloring, but that storytelling was just too much.

I really liked also the Fujiko Fujio website! I wish I could speak Japanese.
And that Mothers News website! It is the first time I hear of this, what is this? I have short-attention span, maybe I should check out the page a little more in detail and find out...

I also like the drawings, but the text is just hilarious!! I wish I could get that book the kid gets when he signs up for the course, "Ideas to earn money". I wish there were cheaper copies or scans online, now I'm curious to see it.

Thanks for the Jan link, I loved looking at the cars and the backgrounds in Super Lopez when I read it as a kid.
