I've recently subscribed to a few comics newsletters (or tangentially related ones) and I am enjoying getting them in my mailbox and have something to read once in a while (more than I expected, actually). I am currently subscribed to Liana Finck's: lianafinck.substack.com/And not strictly comics sometimes, but Roman Muradov has also an interesting Substack: bluebed.substack.com/
So I wanted to ask: what other comics newsletters are worth subscribing to??

Bhanu Pratap's got one where he's serializing a comic. bhanupratap.substack.com/
Also, Laurie Pina, who has made some minicomics, and I think has a deal where 2D Cloud will print a graphic novel of hers if she ever makes one, has a substack, Angel Pen, but it's mostly about music, linking to playlists of her online radio show. angelpen.substack.com
A bunch of more mainstream comics writers got offered money from Substack to write for them. I subscribe to Grant Morrison's, where they post pretty often. Far too often for me to keep up or bother reading them all, but it's intermittently interesting. grantmorrison.substack.com

I've enjoyed L Nichols' Substack, which is mostly stand-alone short comics: lnichols.substack.com. That approach, which some of the other newsletters already linked also use, seems like the best use of something like Substack since you get a nice browsable archive for people who missed past emails. I briefly considered using Substack myself, but of course who knows if it'll be popular or even extant in a few years. Plus of course there's the argument that we should all, whenever possible, avoid propping up tech companies with our creative work. So I'm trying something sloppier, just a dumb mailing list, and as manoopuesta kindly mentioned I thought I'd take advantage of that somewhat ephemeral format by serializing a story that isn't really complete/polished.
