Looking for a copy of the Peanuts Dell Archive. There's a couple copies for sale online, but would rather deal with somebody from here if anyone is looking to get rid of theirs.

Anyone know whether Generous Bosom Nos. 3 and 4 are available anywhere? "Ones in the process of getting away..."

Does anyone have a copy of Underwater 11 by Chester Brown? I'm supposed to write something about the entire series, I've had it for years but now realize there's an 11th issue I never got. Even if it was just to scan the pages for a pdf, that'd be amazing...I wrote to D and Q but they don't have pdfs of this work.

Is anyone willing to part with Yazar & Arkadas by Lale Westvind for some reason? I have some stuff to trade, though I feel like everyone already has the stuff I have.

This is a long shot but does anyone have / know where to find a copy of Aristophane's Conte Démoniaque? I've been searching for a copy in vain for years now; when it is available it's upwards of $300. Emailed L'Association and they say the estate hasn't given them permission to reprint.

Wow, I didn't realise it was that inaccessible - guess I'm lucky to have a copy of what is a smouldering intense book. I'm probably not going to have bandwith any time soon but I suppose I could attempt to scan it at some point if you really want to read it in some form (given the estate aren't budging).

Makes you wonder what would have happened if he never saw those escort ads in the back pages of Now and kept on with Underwater… I think it was the fan response, it was just on the cusp of me getting into alternative comics when the series ended and Louis Reil began, but it seemed that Underwater was rejected by people who loved Yummy Fur...maybe that's not true?

I don't remember specific responses - wasn't there a TCJ review of the series? [Yes: Spurgeon, Tom (August 1995). "Shit List: Cerebus and Underwater". The Comics Journal. 179: 126.]? Maybe something in Jeff Whatshisname's Destroy All Comics? I bought the series primarily for the Gospel adaptations, and figured the main story would work a lot better in collected form, and hoped it would be given the then-imminent trend of graphic novelizing everything by major cartoonists.

I just don't get this opinion at all, I don't get people that are like 'i read it too quick!' i dunno, read it again or something? go slower this time? appreciate it? I hate to speak ill of Spurgeon, but this is one of many times where he comes of as arbitrary to me, real minor preferences obscuring a much bigger truth. If you're reading the first three issues of Underwater in 90 seconds, you're 100% reading it wrong, that should be self evident to anyone picking it up.
