Off the top of my head: Graham Falk, Jerry Moriarty, Tony Millionaire (not sure if he's still working) Cathy Guisewite, Charles Burns, Jim Woodring, Dan Clowes, Ben Katchor, Posy Simmonds
Graham Falk is an anomaly because he works as a storyboarder alongside many people 30+ years his junior. He is a legend.

Bill Griffith, maybe the hardest working 60+ year old cartoonist.
Todd McFarlane lol

Kim Deitch!
If I remember correctly, on a panel at CAB in 2019 Deitch mentioned he had already drawn dozens of pages of a follow-up to Reincarnation Stories.

Carol Tyler. She's spoken really articulately in a few places about making work at an older age ("Late Bloomer!") and about how the time when she was balancing making work with being a mother. Watch this SPX panel if you haven't.

Los Bros Hernandez are both over sixty. Ben Katchor, Mary Fleener, Gary Panter, Jim Woodring. Geof Darrow and Barry Windsor-Smith are two more mainstream people still at it.
(I have a Google Doc where I keep track of cartoonist ages for the sake of grouping generations together, noting influences, etc.)

David Mazzucchelli, Richard McGuire, Art Spiegelman (although all three only occasionally make comics nowadays).

From the underground/zines there's Jeff Zenick (born in 1956). He's still active and sells self published work on ebay.

Good thread, because 60 is when people finally figure out how to make comics. Seems like it gets harder to make art post 60 in other mediums...

There's also Jeff Smith, Bill Amend, Scott Adams, Bill Waterson, and Derf Backderf, all of whom are still active making comics.

Whoops, my mistake! All the rest are still active, however.
